The wood cutter's house. He is a poor man with a dying wife. Get the bowl from D8, fill it (by using it) and give it to the wood cutter. In return, the wood cutter will give you his fiddle. The fiddle is useful in the Leprechaun cave, but no where else (although it is kind of fun to play it from time to time anyway).

The other items in the picture (ax, water pump, etc.) are of no use. Inside the house, the only item obtainable is the fiddle on the table. You cannot take it until helping the wood cutter first. You can warm your hands by the fire if you use an action on that, but it doesn't help.
