+3 for taking fiddle, +3 for playing fiddle for leprechauns guards.

Retrieval

You can only get the fiddle by helping the woodcutter feed his wife. To do this, get the bowl, fill it with stew, and give it to the woodcutter. For your generosity, he will give you about all he owns—his fiddle, which is sitting on the table (circled in red).

The fiddle can be played just about anyway, but there is only for the Leprechauns does it have any effect.
