Retrieval

You must make it to the Leprechaun Cave. While there, you must play the fiddle for the Leprechaun guards (you can not use the four-leaf clover and get the scepter). When you enter the Leprechaun King's Throne room, the king will leave behind his scepter (circled in image above).

Warnings

You can't get the scepter if you use the four-leaf clover to disperse the Leprechaun guards.
