This is the last area of the Leprechaun Cave. The tinny hole is your only way out. If you remember Alice in Wonderland, mushrooms do a good job of shrinking you. So, approach the hole, eat the mushroom and quickly make your exit. If you don't exit soon after you become small, you will return to your normal size and be stuck.
